Joyful are people of integrity,
who follow the instructions of the Lord.
Joyful are those who obey his laws
and search for him with all their hearts.
They do not compromise with evil,

The simple truth is, you will never experience more joy than when you are right with God and walking in His paths. Satan lies and tells us that we are missing something when we refuse to compromise; he wants us to believe we are sacrificing when we live righteously, but that’s just not reality. When we sin, our joy is stolen away from us; when we seek God and do things His way, we are satisfied and enjoy life.
You have charged us
to keep your commandments carefully.
Oh, that my actions would consistently
reflect your decrees!
Then I will not be ashamed
when I compare my life with your commands.
As I learn your righteous regulations,
I will thank you by living as I should!
I will obey your decrees.

God is merciful and extremely patient with us. If you’ve struggled with sin, don’t give up! Battle to break free and get to the place where you can demonstrate your gratitude to God by living as you should. Your peace of mind is worth the effort it takes. You can do it. And rest assured, God has not given up on you!
