But Isaiah is very bold and says: “I was found by those who did not seek Me; I was made manifest to those who did not ask for Me.” Romans 10:20 NKJV
Our Lord desires to save us! He is not hiding, he is in plain sight. He makes it very easy for us to seek him and to find him. He wants to reach everyone who hasn’t found him yet. How great is our God!
It is written:
So that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us. Acts 17:27 NKJV
While we, as believers, know these truths, so many people we encounter each day do not. We should share just how easy it is to know our Lord with them all. They don’t know what they are missing.
Jesus said:
“For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” Matthew 7:8 NKJV
Jesus makes it so simple to come to him, in a manner that everyone can understand. So why not make it this simple to those who don’t know Christ? Since it is in our nature to seek love, and God is love, it’s easy to share him with all of those who haven’t experienced his love yet.
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the Lord.” Jeremiah 29:11-14 NKJV
We know this, too many others do not. Let’s show them “The Way.”
