Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing! Psalm 100:1-2 ESV
If you want more joy in your life, spend more time in the presence of God. There is a direct correlation between the amount of time we spend in worship and the amount of joy we experience.
Know that the Lord, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Psalm 100:3 ESV
God made us and He watches over us like a shepherd tending sheep. When we go astray, He calls us back. When we get caught in a trap, He gently sets us free. When we are hungry, He feeds us. When we are sick, He gives us what we need to be strong and healthy again. He is fully engaged and involved in our lives. He loves us!
Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! Psalm 100:4 ESV
He invites us into His presence, but expects us to come with a grateful heart, and an expression of praise. He is more than worthy!
For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations. Psalm 100:5 ESV
You can depend on His love! He offers it to you freely. He is and will always be everything you need and desire! People may let you down, but God is faithful!
