The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,

Even though….. I love that phrase!
It reminds me that nothing has the ability to separate me from the love of God! In this life, things will go wrong and difficulties will come, but all is not lost! Even though I walk through the darkest valley, the toughest circumstances, God is with me,
He comforts me. He leads me, He refreshes me, He guides me.
He anoints my head with oil, He soothes my pain and protects me.
I have nothing to fear because He is by my side.
Even though I walk through the darkest valley, my cup overflows. I lack nothing!
When my enemy is close by and I feel the pressure, He prepares a table before me. He invites me to sit, to rest, to dine in His company and to gain the strength I need.
His goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life!
This is our Shepherd! This is our Protector! This is our God!
